


In the flexography and/or rotogravure sectors, the management of VOC emissions is a key issue both for compliance and for operational efficiency. In this context, thermal oxidation with heat recovery is a proven solution for destroying volatile organic compounds while recovering a large part of the energy generated in the process, which can later be used for hot air, hot water, or thermal oil production.
Kalfrisa's Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) feature high-performance ceramic media for up to 95% thermal efficiency, fully autothermal operation with advanced automation and remote access, low maintenance costs, and suitability for gas flows from 3,000 to 250,000 Nm³/h in printing industries.
